About Me

I am Jools.

I fell in love with writing when I was eight years old and I never stopped creating worlds and telling stories ever since.

A scientist by profession, I spend my free time writing, dancing, doing artistic things with hoops and silks, playing music and taking photos.

I love baking, crafting and stories with a happy ending.

Born and raised in Germany, I studied in Scotland, fell in love with the country and left a huge chunk of my heart between Arthur's Seat and Portobello Beach where I visit it from time to time.

I like to travel and have made friends all over the world. It's a marvellous time we live in, where we can speak in real time to the people who live on an entirely different continent.
